Before you buy

Why does each ticket need a name?

Because each person gets their own QR code and walks in on their own. If you buy three passes, you get three codes to forward — nobody has to wait at the door for the person holding the phone.

What if I lose the email?

Nothing is lost. Go to Find my tickets, type the address you used, and we send you a link to all of them.

Can I get a refund?

No — tickets are not refundable. But they are not wasted either. Write to contact@oyofe.com and we will either move your ticket to somebody else, or turn it into a voucher worth what you paid, good for a year. Tickets to a dated event sit outside the usual EU 14-day withdrawal right, so this is our policy rather than a legal obligation.

Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Yes, and please let us do it. Write to contact@oyofe.com with their name and email. We issue them a fresh QR code and cancel yours — if you simply forward the email, you both hold a code the scanner accepts, and only one of you gets in.

Can I buy at the door?

For some things, yes, and for others no — classes fill up and battles have a cap. If a ticket is listed here, buying it now is the only way to be certain.
