Before you buy

Why does each ticket need a name?

Because each person gets their own QR code and walks in on their own. If you buy three passes, you get three codes to forward, so nobody has to wait at the door for the person holding the phone.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Klarna and PayPal both offer to split the payment into 3 or 4, and you choose one of them on the payment page after this one. We are paid in full either way, so your ticket is issued straight away — the instalments are between you and them, and whether you are offered them is their decision, not ours.

What if I lose the email?

Nothing is lost. Go to Find my tickets, type the address you used, and we send you a link to all of them.

Can I get a refund?

No, tickets are not refundable. But they are not wasted either. Write to contact@oyofe.com and we will either move your ticket to somebody else, or turn it into a voucher worth what you paid, good for a year. Tickets to a dated event sit outside the usual EU 14-day withdrawal right, so this is our policy rather than a legal obligation.

Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Yes, and please let us do it. Write to contact@oyofe.com with their name and email. We issue them a fresh QR code and cancel yours. If you simply forward the email, you both hold a code the scanner accepts, and only one of you gets in.

Can I buy at the door?

Yes, subject to capacity. The rooms have a legal limit and the busy days do sell out, so buying here is the only way to be sure of a place. Door prices are higher than online too.
